PHTAYA Live Casino Game Shows — Wheels, Boards and Draws
Live casino game shows are studio-hosted formats built around a spun wheel, numbered balls or a board, not a card shoe.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| PHTAYA Baccarat Roadmap | A baccarat roadmap is a set of 5 scoreboards — bead plate, big road, big eye boy, small road and cockroach pig — that record which hands already won. |
| PHTAYA Baccarat Squeeze | A baccarat squeeze is the slow, theatrical reveal of a card's corner and edge before it is turned face up. |
Live casino game shows sit apart from table games on PHTAYA’s Live Casino tab: instead of cards dealt from a shoe, a spun wheel, a numbered draw or a board decides the result. As part of live casino strategy, the strategy question is different too — there is no shoe to track, only a format to understand before you bet.
What live casino game shows actually are
| Show | Base mechanic | Bonus layer |
|---|---|---|
| Crazy Time | A large numbered wheel | A top-slot multiplier or a bonus round |
| Funky Time | A large numbered wheel | A dance-floor style bonus round |
| Monopoly Live | A physical wheel | A 3D board bonus round |
| Mega Ball | Numbered balls, bingo-style | Multiplier balls added to the draw |
All 4 run on the Evolution studio’s live-hosting technology, and each one’s own info screen states its exact segments, ranges and rules before you place a bet.
Crazy Time: wheel, top-slot and bonus rounds
Crazy Time spins a large wheel carrying numbered segments and named bonus segments. Landing on a numbered segment pays directly; landing on a bonus segment opens a separate bonus round with its own mechanic on top of a top-slot multiplier feature.
- The wheel spins and stops on one segment.
- A numbered segment settles the round immediately.
- A bonus segment opens a dedicated bonus round instead of an instant result.
The exact multiplier ranges for each bonus round are set out on Crazy Time’s own info screen, not stated here.
Monopoly Live: board game, live format
Monopoly Live pairs a physical wheel with a 3D bonus round modelled on the Monopoly board. The wheel decides whether the round settles instantly or moves into the board bonus, where a virtual piece travels the board collecting whatever the round’s mechanic awards.
A player expects Monopoly Live to work like Monopoly Live's namesake board game, with fixed property values and rents.
It doesn’t. The board bonus is a live-hosted digital feature with its own rules, set out entirely on the game’s own info screen, not on the rules of the physical board game it’s themed after.
How live casino game shows differ from a baccarat table
A live casino game show and a live baccarat table share a studio and a host but nothing about how the result is decided.
- Table games — baccarat and Dragon Tiger settle a fixed set of bets against cards dealt from a shoe, using rules that never change table to table.
- Game shows — Crazy Time, Funky Time, Monopoly Live and Mega Ball settle a base result from a spun wheel or numbered draw, then can add a bonus round on top.
Neither format rewards tracking history: a game show has no roadmap to read, because there is no sequence of card outcomes to record in the first place — only the next spin.
FAQ
How does Crazy Time work?
A large wheel with numbered and bonus segments decides the base result. Landing on a bonus segment opens a separate bonus round with its own mechanic; the exact multiplier ranges and rules sit on the game's own info screen.
How does Monopoly Live work?
A physical wheel sets the base result, and landing on the Monopoly segment opens a 3D bonus round modelled on the board game. The bonus round's own rules and ranges are set out on its info screen, not restated here.
Are live casino game shows the same as table games like baccarat?
No. A table game like baccarat or Dragon Tiger settles bets against cards dealt from a shoe, following fixed rules that never change. A game show settles its base result from a spun wheel or a numbered draw, with a bonus round layered on top.
