PHTAYA Terms of Use: What This Site Promises and What It Doesn't
These terms of use set out what phtaya.health is and, just as importantly, what it is not. Reading this site does not create an account anywhere, does not place a wager, and does not accept any offer, because none of those things happen on this site at all.
What These Terms Cover
This site is a player guide about PHTAYA: its lobby, its published policies, and the general practice of playing responsibly. Using these pages means agreeing that the content is provided as reference material, and that any decision to register, deposit or play happens on the operator’s own site, under the operator’s own terms, not here.
What This Site Does Not Do
There is no account to open on this site, no wager placed here, and no deposit or withdrawal processed here. A figure this site cannot confirm at the operator’s own source is left out rather than estimated, and the site never states a bonus, prize or rebate amount because none has been confirmed. Nothing here should be read as a promise from PHTAYA itself — this site speaks about the operator, never for it.
Outbound Links and the Operator’s Own Terms
The Register and Login buttons on this site are outbound referral links, not forms. The moment a reader clicks through to the operator’s lobby, this site’s terms stop applying and the lobby’s own terms take over completely — for the account created there, the funds moved there and anything else entered there. Read the lobby’s own terms on its own site before agreeing to them.
Content and Corrections
Pages on this site are written and checked against the operator’s own public pages, dated where the fact could change. Where a page cannot confirm a figure at a primary source, it says how to check that figure yourself rather than printing a guess. A correction is applied by republishing the page it belongs to, not by a note bolted on afterward.
Age and Eligibility
Content on this site is written for readers 21 and over, matching the minimum age PAGCOR sets for gambling in the Philippines. These terms do not themselves verify a reader’s age — that check happens on the operator’s own site, at the point of registration, under its own terms. See this site’s privacy policy for what this site collects, which is separate from these terms of use but governs the same visit.
Names, Trademarks and Independence
“PHTAYA” and any studio or provider name mentioned on this site — JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and the others — belong to their own owners. Naming them here to describe the lobby’s own tabs and tiles is not a claim of affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by any of them, and this site is not the operator’s official page for any purpose.
Using This Site
Reading, linking to or citing a page here is welcome. Copying a page’s text wholesale onto another site is not something these terms extend permission for, since the value of a guide page is in the checking and writing behind it, not just the words on the screen.
